Introduction to our Devon holiday home

Welcome to Pebbles, our beautiful, family-friendly holiday apartment nestling in the quintessential English village of Stoke Fleming, within walking distance of an award-winning beach and a short drive from the stunning town of Dartmouth and the river Dart.

The popular village of Stoke Fleming is home to a traditional pub, post office/general store, church and two restaurants; Radius 7 and the Stoke Lodge Hotel, both a short walk away. Stoke Fleming also offers the chance to join the Devon Coastal Path and take in magnificent views of the spectacular coastline.

There are two well-known beaches nearby, Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands. There is a walking route from the village to Blackpool Sands or alternatively a short drive and Slapton Sands is a 5-minute drive away and is an impressive shingle beach stretching for three miles to Torcross Beach.

The lovely town of Dartmouth is 3 miles away situated on the banks of the picturesque River Dart. With a rich marine heritage, Dartmouth is a vibrant harbour town with a great selection of boutique shops, independent art galleries, cafes and high quality restaurants specialising in locally caught fish and West Country locally sourced produce.


About the apartment

Pebbles is a ground floor apartment with its own private terrace. It can be accessed from the front of Endsleigh Court down 9 steps and through the hall or directly via the terrace (to avoid the steps). We have our own parking and there is EV Charging available over the road from us.

Kitchen/Dining/Lounge: Features an open plan lounge/kitchen furnished with sofa, armchair and coffee table, dining table and seating for four together with a 43” Smart TV with Free View and Netflix included. A French door leads from the lounge onto the terrace.

The modern fitted kitchen features granite worktops throughout, a gas hob, grill and oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Complete with a full range of utensils, pans, and glasses, a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and toaster are also provided.

Master Bedroom: Furnished with a king size bed with Hypnos mattress dressed in luxurious Egyptian Cotton bed linen, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. A further French door leads onto the private terrace.

Bedroom Two: Features sturdy bunk beds, a single wardrobe and a dressing table.

Family Bathroom: Presented in Travertine natural stone tiles with a jacuzzi bath, overhead shower with folding screen, WC and wash basin. A mirror and heated towel rail are also provided.

Private Terrace: Accessible from the lounge and master bedroom, the terrace provides a pleasant outdoor space complete with dining table with seating for four, bench, and barbecue set amidst various plants, trees and fauna.

Wi-Fi: is provided throughout.

Linen: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided.

Beach towels: Available on request (for a small charge)

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property

Parking: Designated off street parking for two cars is provided at the front of Endsleigh Court, accessed from New Road. EV Chargers available over the road at Leonards Cove.

Communal Garden: A grassed communal area is available at the front of Endsleigh Court with a wooden picnic table with glimpses of the sea.
